Since 2000, the Toma De Mí Foundation has worked tirelessly to support people in vulnerable situations. Although our organization is not large, our desire to make a real change in the lives of those who need it most drives us every day. We are a bridge of hope, connecting those in adverse circumstances with opportunities that can change their destiny.
We work with people facing mobility difficulties, families in precarious economic situations, children at risk of falling into child poverty and elderly people living in loneliness. Our focus is not limited to one place: we have extended our hand of solidarity to different communities and countries, always seeking to bring relief and hope to those in need.
We are convinced that every small gesture has the potential to make a significant impact. Under the inspiring leadership of our director, Sandra Ibáñez, we strive to transform lives and strengthen the communities in which we work.
